Norther Perimeter Chair Yoga (Saint-Gabriel-de-Valcartier)

VEQ, in partnership with the Saint-Gabriel-de-Valcartier Community Center, will be hosting chair yoga classes in the Northern Perimeter.  Running from September 14th to December 14th, the classes will be held from 9:30 to 10:30am.  A chair yoga session compliments a guided meditation during this 50 minute-long class.  Equipment is provided.  Registration is required by contacting Jeanne Nivischiuk at catherine.baboudjian@veq.ca or Pamela Hogan at plaberge@munsgdv.ca.
