Centre RIRE 2000 is a non-profit organization whose mission is to support young people and adults from immigrant and cultural communities in their socio-economic integration into Quebec society.

The Eastern Québec Learning Centre offers classes and programs for students wishing to:
- Earn a vocational studies diploma (DEP) or certificate (ASP)
- Complete their Secondary School Diploma
- OR study French or English as a second language
