The Partners in Care educational capsules aim to inform caregivers and family members about clinical topics to promote effective collaboration with care teams. These workshops are offered by the Jeffery Hale Community Partners and are made possible through funding by L’APPUI pour les Proches Aidants.

These sessions are designed to build a shared understanding of care standards and well-being in residential settings. They will be held in both English and French, alternating between the two languages. While this may slow the pace slightly, it allows us to welcome more people and respect everyone’s preferred language.
