
Wellness Café – Osteoporosis & Arthritis
Out & About offers English speakers (50+) free transportation to various community activities while providing the opportunity to get out, socialize, and bond with others.
We can pick you up by bus at your place, or you can meet the group at the Jeffery Hale Pavilion (1270 chemin Ste-Foy, free parking).
On Tuesday, September 2, VEQ will offer free transportation to the Jeffery Hale Community Partners’ Wellness Café. Join physiotherapist Brenda Rogers as she explores two common conditions that can impact mobility, comfort, and quality of life: osteoporosis and arthritis.
Learn about risk factors, prevention strategies, treatment options, and practical ways to stay active and protect your joints and bones.
