Centre RIRE 2000 is a non-profit organization whose mission is to support young people and adults from immigrant and cultural communities in their socio-economic integration into Quebec society.

The Eastern Québec Learning Centre offers classes and programs for students wishing to:

• Earn a vocational studies diploma (DEP) or certificate (ASP)
• Complete their Secondary School Diploma
• OR study French or English as a second language

• The benefits of getting your career and personal competencies officially recognized (RAC**)
• Available programs and training courses in English at EQLC
