We continue our virtual and culinary tour around the world; this time, we will land our palate in the Philippines! Our guest cook, Michael, will teach us how to prepare an all-time favourite Southeast Asian recipe: coconut chicken curry, as well as share with us about the Filipino culture. While it is not recommended to travel right now, we can still transport ourselves through food!
