The History of Québec – Open to all!
How did Québec become the place we know today? Who were the people who shaped it? And what stories are hidden behind the streets, buildings, and traditions of Québec City?
Join us for a fascinating journey through Québec’s history, from the arrival of the first settlers to the Québec of today. Together, we’ll explore the events, people, traditions, and turning points that shaped the province—and discover how the past still influences everyday life here.
📖 No history degree required! Whether you’ve just arrived in Québec or have been calling it home for years, this workshop is a great opportunity to understand the place around you a little better.
And there’s no better setting for this journey than the historic Morrin Centre—a place where Québec’s past is quite literally all around us.
Come with your questions, your curiosity, and maybe a few things you’ve always wondered about Québec. Leave with a better understanding of the history behind your new (or not-so-new!) home.
