Out & About invites English-speaking “50+ers” on Friday June 10th to take a stroll, and enjoy the beautiful views and proximity of the St. Lawrence River! Come discover and re-discover the Parc Nautique de Cap-Rouge and join us for a leisurely walk along the quay and foot path, before heading to lunch (noon) at the nearby Chez Victor restaurant — or bring a picnic!
