Out & About is offering free transportation for members of the 50+ community to enjoy a self-guided visit at the Observatoire de la Capitale, offering a breathtaking 360-degree view of Quebec City and fun information about the city, followed by a delicious lunch at 3Brasseurs on Grande Allée. The cost of the visit will be $7 plus the price of lunch.
