🏃♀️ Journée Internationale des Aînés – Défi Inclusion (International Day of Older Adults – Inclusion Challenge)
Come walk (or run) on the magnificent 2km course on Dufferin Terrace and the Promenade des Gouverneurs including a staircase of 308 steps to celebrate this day of inclusion and integration. Let’s show young people that it is possible to age beautifully, in health and good shape!
