
Île d’Orléans & Lavender Fields
Out & About offers English speakers (50+) free transportation to various community activities while providing the opportunity to get out, socialize, and bond with others.
We can pick you up by bus at your place, or you can meet the group at the Jeffery Hale Pavilion (1270 chemin Ste-Foy, free parking).
On Tuesday, July 14 & Friday, July 17, we’re heading to Île d’Orléans for a drive around the island!
Hop on the bus with us and explore the beautiful Île d’Orléans for the day. We will stop at a few local shops (details below) and have a picnic at La Seigneurie de l’île d’Orléans, where we’ll visit their beautiful lavender fields.
Don’t forget to pack a cold lunch with you! We’ll have a picnic at the lavender fields.
Please note that this outing will involve a long bus ride with multiple stops along the way. For a better view, make sure to sit on the left-hand side of the bus!

Time on the island: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM (pickup time will vary depending on your location)
Location: Île d’Orléans
Cost: 10$ for the lavender fields
