Northern Perimeter Chair Yoga (Shannon)

VEQ in partnership with the Valcartier Military Family Resource Center will be hosting chair yoga classes in the Northern Perimeter.  Running from September 12th to December 12th, the classes will be held from 9:30 to 10:30am.  A chair yoga session compliments a guided meditation during this 50 minute long class.  Equipment is provided but participants are asked to bring their own mats if they have them.
