Meditation is the process of training your mind to focus and redirect your thoughts. Its benefits have been scientifically proven to help with stress management, and boy, it’s been stressful at times, lately!
During this session, we’ll explore different and accessible techniques such as conscious breathing, mindfulness meditation. You can participate in one or both sessions, as you wish.
