Join in the experience of crafting and refining a personal story or two in a relaxed and safe setting. This workshop offers space to reflect and engage with your stories—the ones you tell yourself and the ones you tell others. Through a series of prompts, we will craft short, personal stories. In pairs or small groups, we will share them and reflect on the process of letting go of a story that no longer serves us and welcoming a new one that fits our current reality.
