Come discover (or re-discover) the beautiful Jacques-Cartier River in Shannon, its rapids, and the historical stories behind the bridges and other landmarks embedded in Shannon and Quebec’s history. The guided walk will take 30-45 minutes. Free activity. Open to all. Comfortable walking shoes recommended — don’t forget your water bottle and please feel free to bring a light snack or sandwich (picnic tables on site).
Location: Shannon Dog Park (61 Chemin de Gosford – Shannon G3S 1C4: off Gosford road, after the bridge on LEFT side when coming from Quebec City ). Parking available on site (parking meters)
