Out and About is up and running again!
Voice of English-speaking Québec invites people aged 50+ living in the Northern Perimeter to hop on the bus as we go Out and About.
Our first outing will be a private tour of the Château Frontenac on Monday, March 7th.
The tour is about an hour long. There are a few stairs, however adaptations are possible for those who have reduced mobility.
We will stop at a local café for a light lunch after the visit.
A vaccine passport and I.D will be required.

The municipality of Saint-Gabriel-de-Valcartier, the Réseau Poivre et Sel, the Centre d’appui réseau aînés and VEQ are organising a sugar shack at the Saint-Gabriel-de-Valcartier community Centre.
Put on a checkered shirt, bring 5$, and enjoy a sugar shack meal, live music, some taffy, and games!
The event begins at 11 a.m., and ends at 2:30 p.m.
There is the possibility of transportation from Shannon.
