This event is in partnership with Lifelong Learning, a program by Québec City Reading Council, and is open to all 50+ LLL members.
Take a moment to pause as we carve out some essential time in our busy week. Let’s release the tensions and pressures of everyday life and inhale deeply. This is your moment. A chance to rejuvenate your mind and soothe your spirit. During the session, we’ll begin by releasing accumulated stress, ensuring we feel grounded, then proceed with a tranquil face massage, culminating in a peaceful meditation. Hazel will be your guide through this mindfulness journey as we ease into a slower pace and refresh our senses.
Join Hazel (Tropic), Catherine (Lifelong Learning) and Verity (WE Mind Mental Health) for a relaxing afternoon to celebrate Mental Health Week. Participants will also receive a Mental Health Goodie Bag!
Registration is limited to 14 people.

Today, Maine is a quiet place on the periphery, seen by many of us as a recreational paradise of wilderness, mountains and sea. But at one time, the state was not on the periphery, but at the centre of the United States. it would not only lead the union but ultimately save it. it is an extraordinary history.
