For eight weeks, come together over Zoom with CMA Medeiros, a trained and certified specialist in the Grief Recovery Method.  In this Grief Recovery Method course, she will guide you through the following:

  • Meet, discuss grief, reactions, and responses to grief.
  • Get a clear view of how grief can build up.
  • Practice compassion for yourself and others,
  • Develop deep listening skills and start to increase your vocabulary related to emotions.
  • Acquire practical lifelong skills for processing and dealing with loss and grief.
  • Learn how to listen and support others moving forward.
  • Gain tools to help you recognize your feelings and emotions tied to losses,
  • Equip yourself to make choices about moving through grief that won’t weigh you down.

This learning experience is about two skills that go hand in hand: How to compassionately witness others who grieve and learning how to be present with your own grief.
