Summer is all about unwinding and spending quality time with your loved ones. To make the most of this lovely season, art-therapist Sophie Lessard-Latendresse has prepared some art care packages for you to enjoy the benefits of art therapy wherever you are! Choose between two themed packages:
- Self-Care Package: Enjoy some well deserved ME time through an individual artistic project.
- Relationship Care Package: Share a quality moment with your loved one through an artistic activity you can do together.
