Everyone has strengths – and vulnerabilities. And we all struggle and make mistakes. Typically we react by blaming and criticizing ourselves. 

Join us to discuss how self-compassion gives us the safety to flourish in the midst of difficulty. 

Through discussion of self-compassion ideas and practical exercises, we’ll learn how self compassion brings out the best in ourselves and others – and makes relationships more enjoyable!
