When we do our best to live a healthy lifestyle, it can become a source of stress to make meals that are both budget-friendly and good for us. Join this workshop with Inès Auclair Mangliar, a registered dietitian, to discover a stress-free approach to nutritious eating. The workshop will cover the following points:
- How diet affects your mood and overall mental well-being.
- Tips to achieve healthy eating.
- How to simplify meal planning with budget-friendly ideas.
