Come do something good for your physical and mental health, join us for our brand new walking club! We will alternate walking on roads with hiking ( uneven surfaces). All levels welcome!
February 8th: Meet at Plaza Shannon at 9:00 a.m for a walk.
February 11th: Meet at the Saint-Gabriel-de-Valcartier community centre for a walk
February 15th: Meet at Shannon Hall for a hike.
February 25th: Hike in Saint-Gabriel-de-Valcartier ( location TBD)
Please ensure you wear appropriate footwear, and bring walking sticks if need-be.
