It’s time for Lifelong Learning’s annual Welcome Back Tea and social event. This is the time to share a cup of tea with your friends and staff of Quebec City Reading Council. We will be taking membership fees for the upcoming year and offering a host of edible treats for you to enjoy. This event is open to English-speaking adults age 50 and over.
Lifelong Learning is Quebec City Reading Council’s unique program for individuals over the age of 50. LLL provides opportunities for idea exchange, peer-learning and active participation. We run a variety of educational and social sessions throughout the year. Programs include discussion groups, workshops, computer skills, multi-cultural topics, food and more! Come to the Welcome Back Tea to learn more about our program! Lifelong Learning is a peer-driven program. There is a nominal membership fee which helps support costs for special items. The annual fee includes a guest pass for one event plus free admission to all scheduled Lifelong Learning activities and events throughout the year. AS THIS IS A CATERED EVENT, REGISTRATION IS ESSENTIAL. Valcartier Family Centre is suitable for all mobility levels. Accessibility parking is available on-site.
