The Quebec Conferences were two in a series of high-level strategic meetings held by Allied leaders during World War II, the first from 10-24 August 1943 and the second from 11 to 16 September 1944. The future course of the war was planned at these meetings where Prime Minister Winston Churchill and President Franklin D. Roosevelt came to Quebec City to discuss war strategies. Charles André Nadeau, a former QCT writer and historian, has written a book about the Quebec Conferences of 1943 and 1944. The book is currently being edited and it is hoped it will be ready for publication by 2023to coincide with the 80th anniversary of the first of the two conferences. Join Charles-André as he walks us through these historical meetings that took placehere in Quebec City.
