One in five Canadians lives with Arthritis, according to the Arthritis Society. Arthritis can cause pain, decrease mobility, and diminish the quality of life. Join us via videoconference or telephone line  to learn about what you can do to manage your symptoms better and improve your functioning during these times of social isolation when our regular routines have gone by the wayside. There will be an open Q&A period at the end of the presentation. Pre-registration is necessary to obtain login details.
