For the majority, symptoms from these prevalent pelvic health conditions can be reduced or eliminated without surgery or medication. This presentation will inform women about the causes, signs, and symptoms of pelvic health conditions. To help prevent or treat these conditions, tips, tricks, and recommend exercises to adopt in your daily life (that are helpful for both women and men) will be provided.

Objectives
1. Learn about the causes, signs, and symptoms of pelvic health conditions
2. Learn tips, tricks and exercises that are helpful for men and women that you can do at home
3. Try the exercises together
