Chair Yoga – Valcartier

VEQ in partnership the Municipality of Saint-Gabriel-de-Valcartier will be hosting chair yoga classes in the Northern Perimeter.  Running every Thursday from September 18th to December 18th, the classes will be held from 9:30 to 10:30am.  A chair yoga session compliments a guided meditation during this 50 minute long class.  Equipment is provided but participants are asked to bring their own mats if they have them.
