Join the Café au lait Crew on Tuesdays at the Wellness Centre. This is a relaxing, embracing space where you can benefit from parent-to-parent contact, encouragement, valuable information and support from Shelley Dupuis, certified Breastfeeding Consultant with Allaitement Québec. Each session has a theme. There’s a scale on site to check baby’s growth. Everyone is welcome – including expectant moms. If you want to get out of the house and enjoy good company, please drop on by! You don’t have be breastfeeding to participate. Older sibs are welcome as well.
The next session is Tuesday, January 28 starting at 10 AM and the topic is “Breastfeeding isn’t for everyone and that’s ok (supporting each other)”. Parking is free in the Jeffery Hospital parking lot. We will provide a voucher to use when you exit.
