Accounting Technician (Purchasing / Accounts payable)

What will your main responsibilities be within the team?

As an accounting technician, you will support the finance team by participating in purchasing, accounts payable tracking, and various other accounting operations. More specifically, you will be required to:

• Make company purchases based on requests from various departments and according to planned production needs;
• Request quotes and price estimates from suppliers;
• Negotiate the terms of purchase of equipment and materials with suppliers;
• Participate in the monitoring of accounts payable by ensuring the validation of requisitions as well as the recording and payment of invoices;
• Participate in the credit card reconciliation;
• Ensure the goods are received and verify that the equipment received is compliant with the orders and, if necessary, return any defective or non-compliant equipment;
• To coordinate and ship surgical trays and their components to customers.

• 2-3 years of relevant experience related to the position;

• With in-depth experience with Excel and various ERP systems;
• Who will enjoy juggling multiple projects at the same time while having a nice variety of tasks;

• Who can converse in English with our various international partners.
