Out & About invites English-speaking “50+ers” on Wednesday June 8th to take a stroll and enjoy the beautiful views and proximity of the St. Lawrence River! Come discover and re-discover the Parc Nautique de Cap-Rouge, and join us for a leisurely walk along the quay and foot path before heading to lunch (noon) at the nearby Chez Victor restaurant — or bring a picnic!
