DESCRIPTION:Suicide Prevention: Fostering Hope in our Community\n\nFebruary 3 @ 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm\n\n\n\n\nJoin us during Suicide Prevention Week for a supportive and engaging online workshop focused on suicide prevention and mental well-being.  This workshop will be led by Lydia Jones from Association québecoise de prévention du suicide. \nThis session is designed to create a safe\, respectful space where participants can learn practical ways to recognize warning signs\, start caring conversations\, and support themselves and others.  We will focus on building awareness\, reducing stigma and demystifying myths surrounding suicide. \nYou’ll leave with tools\, resources\, and a better understanding of how small actions can make a meaningful difference. \nThis workshop is offered through our Young & Empowered program\, for youth and young adults.  The workshop will be especially geared toward youth and young adults\, but community members of all ages are welcome to attend. \nThis workshop will be in English. \n Register to get the Zoom link to attend. \nQuestions?Contact Verity\, Young & Empowered Program Coordinator 581-705-2149 vjordan@jhpartners.net
