DESCRIPTION:***Given that this event will be subsidized\, only participants who moved to the Greater Québec city region in the past 5 years are eligible for this activity. ***\n  \nParticipants must register using the designated method (Eventbrite).\n\n  \nSaturday\, February 24th\, 2024 \n9:15 AM-5:00 PM \n  \nCOST:\n  \n\n$0 for children under 1 meter of height. Please beware that the staff at VVV might measure the child in case of doubt. If the child is taller than 1 m\, the parent will be asked to pay full fee\, $55.18 (taxes included)\, as stated on their website.\n\n  \n\n$30\, for people whose height range from 1 m to 1.31 m; taxes included (Eventbrite fees apply)\n\n  \n\n$38\, for people taller than 1.32 m; taxes included (Eventbrite fees apply)\n\n  \n\nThe bus is FREE and leaves at 9:15 am from Jeffery Hale Pavilion (1270 chemin Sainte-Foy).\n\n  \n\nThe return to Québec City is scheduled at 4:30 PM (from Village Vacances Valcartier).\n\n\n***LIMITED CAPACITY FOR THIS EVENT***\n  \nIt’s important to note that the only storage available at the venue starts at $13.05 plus tax (payment can only be made by card). VEQ is not responsible for providing it. \n  \nYou can bring your own snacks and lunches as VEQ does not provide them; or you can purchase on-site (there are several restaurants). Your personal items can be left unattended in the designated areas at the owner’s risk.
