Out and About is now literally out(side)!  \nCome do something good for your physical and mental health\, join us for our brand new walking club! We will alternate walking on roads with hiking ( uneven surfaces). All levels welcome! \nFebruary 8th: Meet at Plaza Shannon at 9:00 a.m for a walk.\nFebruary 11th: Meet at the Saint-Gabriel-de-Valcartier Community Center for a walk\nFebruary 15th: Meet at Shannon Hall for a hike.\nFebruary 25th: Hike in Saint-Gabriel-de-Valcartier ( location TBD) \nPlease ensure you wear appropriate footwear\, and bring walking sticks if need-be. \nRegistration is required\, please contact Catherine Baboudjian at 418-683-2366 x 228.
