Out and About is now literally out(side)! \nCome do something good for your physical and mental health\, start your day on the right foot!  All levels welcome! \nMarch 1st: Meet at Plaza Shannon at 9:00 a.m for a walk.\nMarch 4th: Meet at the Shannon Municipal library at 9:00 a.m. for a walk. \nMarch 11th: Meet at the Saint-Gabriel-de-Valcartier Community Center at 9:00 a.m. for a walk. \nMarch 15th: Meet at the Shannon Municipal library at 9:00 a.m for a walk. \nMarch 22nd: Walk at the Marais du Nord at 10:00 a.m. ( bus from Shannon and Saint-Gabriel-de-Valcartier provided) \nMarch 29th: Shannon walk at 9 a.m. Departure location TBD. \nPlease ensure you wear appropriate footwear\, and bring walking sticks if need-be.
