SUMMARY:Park Chill-out with VEQ - Mental Health Week
DESCRIPTION:Let’s unwind and prioritize our mental wellness together!  In celebration of Mental Health Week\, the Wellness Centre and Voice of English-speaking Québec (VEQ) invite you to a chilled-out gathering at Parc Victoria. \nBring your blanket and your own picnic treats\, and enjoy a laid-back evening in the company of (new) friends and community. We will bring frisbees and games. Spread the word and invite others! \nNo registration is necessary for this activity. Drop in and meet us at the park from 5 to 7  p.m.  We’ll be where the red circle is in the image below. \n \nGetting there: \n\nThere are plenty of parking lots near the park.
