It’s a great option for yoga enthusiasts seeking a more intense core workout. \nCertified instructor Alexandra P. Julien will guide you in adapting the exercises to your ability. Alexandra became a Pilates Matwork teacher in 2015 at the Body Control Pilates school in London\, England.
