This workshop is designed for older adults who want to stay at home safely for as long as possible, as well as their caregivers.<\/div>\n

Join occupational therapist Mia Pelletier for a practical, two-hour interactive workshop on safe aging at home. Learn essential techniques to adapt your environment and your day to day tasks, develop healthy habits, and prevent falls in your home environment. Participants will receive clear guidance, hands-on practice, and personalized feedback from a registered OT.<\/p>\n
