Discover\u00a0 how occupational therapy can help make life easier for you and your loved one. Learn more about\u00a0 home safety, and car transfers.\u00a0 Find out what\u2018s new in specialized equipment, such as mobility aids (canes and walkers), bathroom safety aids (grab bars and raised toilet seats) and self-care equipment to help out with daily tasks like bathing and eating. All participants will take home a free handy bar to help your loved one get in and out of the car safely thanks to a donation from the Jeffery Hale \u2013 Saint Brigid\u2019s Users\u2019 Committee.<\/p>\n<p><strong>When?<\/strong>\u00a0Thursday, May 9 starting at 10 AM<\/p>\n<p><strong>Where?<\/strong>\u00a0Partners\u2019 Room on the second floor of the community Wellness Centre in the Jeffery Hale Pavilion (1270 chemin Sainte-Foy)<\/p>\n<p>This activity is free. Participants are asked to call 418 684-5333, Ext 1539 to register.\u00a0 If you are reluctant to attend because you cannot leave your loved one alone, please call us so we can find a way to assist you.
