Sule\u2019s compassionate approach to yoga and life encourage self-inquiry.\u00a0 Her classes are creative, energetic and accessible.<\/p>\n<p>Wear comfortable clothing, bring your water bottle and enjoy some relaxation exercises. We will provide the mats and ambience! Train your body to breathe and your mind to stop racing.<\/p>\n<p>Enter via the hospital front door, we will gather in the lounge by the Caf\u00e9 Jeff and then proceed at\u00a0 10 AM to the JEFF\u2019s lovely outdoor garden, weather permitting. In case of rain the activity wil take place in\u00a0 the Coin soleil, on the second floor of the hospital. (1250 chemin Ste-Foy, Quebec, Qc G1S 2M4). Light refreshments will be served.<\/p>\n<p>This activity is free and so is parking in the hospital parking lot.
