Join Buddy-Up: Run, a weekly running group for men, led by passionate fitness coach and community animator, Jarryd Smith.<\/p>\n<p>Over four weeks, let\u2019s come together as a community to support men\u2019s health and well-being. All fitness levels are welcome, and the run will be tailored to your fitness level. Join us at the Plains of Abraham for a casual jog or a more intense workout.<\/p>\n<p>Meeting point: 1 Avenue Montcalm, G1R 5H3<\/p>\n<p>With 14 years of experience in the fitness industry, Jarryd is committed to helping you improve your physical ability while bringing together men in our community.
