Dads! We\u2019ve organized an activity for you and your kiddos to get messy in the kitchen with us while making a healthy meal together. Join us on Saturday, March 16 at 9:30 a.m. at the Wellness Centre at Jeffery Hale for a culinary activity with your little ones.<\/p>\n

A dietician from the CIUSSS will show us how to make the recipes on site, then we will sit down for a meal together and you can take home any leftovers.<\/p>\n

What we will be making<\/strong>:\u00a0 Chilli and corn muffins.<\/p>\n

Allergy allert!\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0Please let us know when you register of any dietary restrictions or allergies.\u00a0 The recipes can be adapted if you have a specific allergy or intolerance.<\/p>\n

Materials required<\/strong>:\u00a0 Bring one container with you to bring home left overs.<\/p>\n

Who can attend<\/strong>: This activity is for dads or father figures and their children ages 0-5.\u00a0 Note to be prepared to adapt based on the age of your child.\u00a0 E.g.: Bring a baby carrier or stroller with you if you have a baby with you as you will need to have your hands free.<\/p>\n

Parking<\/strong>:\u00a0 Free parking on site.<\/p>\n
