Energize your body and boost your mental health through the precise movements and breathing techniques of Pilates.<\/p>\n<p>By targeting core muscle strength, Pilates enhances flexibility and promotes proper posture. It\u2019s a great option for yoga enthusiasts seeking a more intense core workout.<\/p>\n<p>Certified instructor Alexandra P. Julien\u00a0will guide you in adapting the exercises to your ability. Alexandra became\u00a0a Pilates Matwork teacher in 2015 at the Body Control Pilates school in London, England. She now teaches Pilates classes at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lovjoypilates.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">LOVJOY Pilates<\/a>, her own studio in Qu\u00e9bec City.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Please bring a bottle of water with you.<\/li>\n<li>We will provide you with a mat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Space is limited to a maximum of 12 participants.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pay before May 12 to register for the summer 2024 sessions.<br \/>\n<\/strong>($30 for all six classes)<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>The \u201cAdd to Cart\u201d button above will open a new window in PayPal.
