Essentrics stretches the muscle while under tension.\u00a0 This mimics the body\u2019s natural braking system.<\/li>\n<li>Rehydrates Fascia: Fascia is the connective tissue that wraps around muscles.\u00a0 Lack of movement causes fascia layers to stick together.
