Ever put something off until \u2018later\u2019 and somehow later never comes? Procrastination happens especially when your phone, friends, and life are competing for your attention.<\/p>\n

In this session, we\u2019ll break down why procrastination shows up, how to manage distractions, and how small, positive habits can help you get things done in school, work and life.<\/p>\n

You\u2019ll walk away with simple and practical strategies to help you take action and feel more confident starting (and finishing) what really matters.<\/p>\n

The session is in partnership with\u00a0QCRC<\/a>\u00a0and offered through our\u00a0Young & Empowered<\/a>\u00a0program, for youth and young adults in our community.\u00a0 Facilitated by Michelle Osbourne, QCRC Skills Building Lab.<\/p>\n
