Cap-Tourmente \u2013 Snow Geese Sightseeing<\/h1>\n

Out & About offers English speakers\u00a0(50+)\u00a0<\/span>free transportation<\/span>\u00a0to various community activities while providing the opportunity to get out, socialize, and bond with others.<\/span><\/p>\n

We can pick you up by bus at your place, or you can meet the group at the Jeffery Hale Pavilion (1270 chemin Ste-Foy, free parking).<\/span><\/p>\n

On Tuesday, October 13<\/strong>, and Friday, October 16<\/strong>, we’re heading to Cap Tourmente National Wildlife Area<\/strong> for a sightseeing adventure!<\/p>\n

During this outing, we will take the Bois-sent-bon trail (1 km total) to a beautiful lookout area where a guide will give us a presentation on the snow geese. After the short presentation, we will walk back to the main building for lunch.<\/p>\n

The trail is mostly flat and follows a wooden boardwalk path. Please bring a cold lunch.<\/p>\n

Please note that this activity is mostly outdoors. This area can get quite windy, so please dress appropriately.<\/p>\n

In case of heavy rain, the event will be cancelled.<\/p>\n

Activity Time:<\/strong> 11:00 AM \u2013 1:00 PM (pickup time will vary depending on your location; Cap-Tourmente is about an hour away from Quebec City)
