Open to all!🍁🎶 \nA sugar shack (cabane à sucre in French) is a traditional maple syrup-producing cabin found in Québec and other parts of eastern Canada. It is a place where people gather in late winter or early spring to enjoy a traditional meal and taste fresh maple syrup. Originally\, sugar shacks were built near maple tree groves where maple sap was collected and boiled to produce maple syrup. Today\, many sugar shacks operate as seasonal restaurants offering traditional Quebecois meals and entertainment. \nPlus\, enjoy classic sugar shack activities:\n🪗Live traditional music during the meal\n🍭 Maple taffy on snow\n🛷Snow slides\, snow scooters & children’s snowshoes\n🌲 Scenic trails around the sugar shack and access to all outdoor installations \nIt is very important to let us know if you have any allergies right after you book your ticket! SUMMARY:Sliding & Tubing Outing at Le Centre de Glisse Myrand
DESCRIPTION:Join us for an exciting outing to Le Centre de Glisse Myrand on January 24\, from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM! This popular sliding and tubing center features five slopes\, including three beginner-level and two advanced-level runs. With artificial snow and evening lighting\, it’s the perfect place for both children and adults to enjoy thrilling rides on inflatable tubes. \nThe slopes offer a fun range of speeds: the beginner slopes can reach speeds of up to 15 km/h\, while the advanced slopes can reach up to 50 km/h. \nFacilities at the center include an ice skating rink\, a ski lift (for the advanced slopes)\, a skater’s lounge\, and public restrooms. \nImportant Information:\nChildren 11 years old or younger must be accompanied by an adult at all times. To access the advanced slopes\, participants must be at least 1.10 meters tall. Each inflatable tube is for one person only on the advanced slopes. Children aged 5 or younger must be accompanied by someone at least 15 years old when sliding\, whether they are in the same tube or not. Children over 5 may be required to have a companion aged 15 or older\, depending on their behavior or any special needs. SUMMARY:Sunset Ferry Ride to Quai Paquet for Newcomers\, Open to All!
DESCRIPTION:The Voice of English-speaking Quebec invites you for the Sunset Ferry Ride on Tuesday\, August 27 from 5:40 to 8:30 PM. \nWe will ride the ferry to Quai Paquet in Lévis that leaves at 5:40 PM. Once there\, we can grab some food or some ice cream (or both!) from the food trucks available or from the ice cream shop located one block away from the Quai\, while getting to know each other! We will be returning on the 8:00 PM ferry (to Québec).  We will bring board games to facilitate your interaction with others. At the Quai\, there are 160 water jets\, perfect to refresh you\, so make sure you bring or wear your sandals or why not your swimsuit! If you are an avid photographer\, you can also check out the Red stairs (193 steps) located two blocks away from the Quai\, and admire the beauty of the view from atop. There is also a café near the Quai\, not far from the ice cream shop. Feeling like picknicking? By all means\, bring your own snacks and a picnic blanket or portable chairs! \nThe fees for the ferry ride are covered for participants and the event is open to all! Registration is required and we have a limited number of places. \nTO REGISTER \nThe Ferris Wheel ride and any other purchases (like meals) are not covered.
