DESCRIPTION:This event is open to all adults aged 50+ in the Quebec City area. \nJoin LifelongLearning for our second “Author Talk” when we will host Abigail Hilton. Abigail has written second-world fantasy for children and young adults and epic fantasy yand romance series for  adults. Her books are known to have strong redemptive arcs and complex\, “shades-of-gray” characters. \nAbigail will talk with us about storytelling\, writing\, and how she balances her writing career with working as a traveling nurse anesthetist in the US during a pandemic.Abigail will join us through Zoom to discuss her life\, her career and what inspires her to write fantasy for a range of age groups. \nAs an indie writer\, she has had to wear many hats throughout her career: writer\, producer\,and marketer. She wrote her first novel when she was 15 years old and has been writing ever since. \nThis event will run in-person and online.
