You will work with a professional kinesiologist to improve posture\, and enhance overall fitness while respecting your body. \n  \nThe class is suitable for mothers between 5 weeks and 9 months postpartum (or with medical clearance). During his studies\, Greg continued to work part-time as a pharmacist. In addition to teaching a humanities course at Wilbur Smith College\, Greg was also a stay-at-home dad for a while after moving to Chicago in 2014. Since moving to Quebec City in 2020\, Greg has continued to work in the education sector.

You only need curiosity and a willingness to begin. \nSoirées de création\nJournal créatif mixte / Mixed-Media Journaling\nA six-week bilingual creative series\nOver six evenings\, we will explore mixed-media journaling through colour\, collage\, drawing\, photographs\, words\, paint\, and collected materials. \nEach gathering will begin with a prompt or creative doorway\, but everyone’s journal will develop differently. The purpose is not to create perfect pages. DESCRIPTION:Learn How to Duplicate Stitch\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThis is a stitching technique that duplicates the look of knit stitches. \nJoin us for an introduction to duplicate stitching. This is type of embroidery stitch that looks like knitting and is worked over top of existing stitches in a knit garment to create a design. It can be used to create a small embellishment\, or worked in larger sections instead of doing colour work in your knitting project. This technique is also be used to repair small holes in knitted clothing. \nParticipants will receive guided instruction from a talented young knitter who will share her knowledge with us for the afternoon. Come and be inspired to add a personal touch to an item of clothing. \nAll materials are provided to learn this technique\, however\, if you have a something in particular you would like to work on\, and wool/yarn you would like to work with\, you’re welcome to bring it with you. \nThis workshop is free\, offered in partnership with Quebec High School. DESCRIPTION:Some of the most meaningful creative work begins around a table. \nFrom my home in Montcalm\, I offer small\, welcoming gatherings built around art\, writing\, curiosity\, and conversation. These are not formal classes where everyone is expected to produce the same thing. They are spaces to experiment\, exchange ideas\, tell stories\, and rediscover the pleasure of making something with your own hands. \nNo previous artistic or writing experience is required. You only need curiosity and a willingness to begin. \nL’art de raconter\nCercle d’écriture et de conversation\nUne série de six semaines offerte entièrement en français \nChaque vie est remplie d’histoires. Certaines naissent de souvenirs importants. D’autres se cachent dans une photographie\, un objet que nous avons conservé ou un moment ordinaire que nous n’avons jamais pensé raconter. \nPendant six soirées\, nous nous réunirons autour de la table pour écrire\, lire\, écouter et échanger. Des photographies\, des objets\, des souvenirs et des questions simples serviront de points de départ à l’écriture. \nIl ne s’agit pas d’un cours d’écriture traditionnel. L’objectif est de découvrir votre voix\, de donner forme à des récits qui vous tiennent à cœur et de partager votre travail dans une ambiance chaleureuse\, curieuse et respectueuse. \nAucune expérience préalable en écriture n’est nécessaire.
