DESCRIPTION:Come and learn about basic handbuilding techniques in this free art class offered in the Ceramics studio at Quebec High School. DESCRIPTION:It’s time to get back to\, or start for the first time\, power yoga. \nWhat is power yoga? It is the fitness type of yoga\, based on the Indian tradition of Astanga yoga\, adapted to Western yoga practitioners by an American yogi Beryl Bender Birch. Power yoga tones and stretches your muscles. A class follows a flow of warm up\, sun salutations\, standing and seated poses\, ending with breathing exercises and relaxation. You learn how to better control your mind\, and feel toned and empowered in your body. Music and essential oils accompany us to a deeper experience. \nMy Susa Sparkle Yoga lessons take place on Mondays 7:30-8:30pm. \nAddress: 78 rue Sainte Ursule (church lower hall)\, Old Quebec.
