DESCRIPTION:Breathing is something we do every moment of every day and without much thought. During stressful times\, our breath may become shorter and quicker. Through practice\, however\, we can take control of our breath and use it to relax. Vicky Drolet\, owner of the Namaste Yoga Studio Montcalm\, will lead a Self-care Workshop on Meditation and Breathwork in-person at the Wellness Centre. \nLearn about the philosophy of meditation and breathwork\, and their benefits on body and mind. Try out various breathing exercises and techniques.
